I had a problem: I didn’t wow on Valentines day and now my girlfriend’s birthday was coming up. I had to get her a gift and it had to be good. I decided on a nice handbag, but beyond that I was lost. My initial thought was designer trendy. The more time I spent looking, the more I become I worried that this was not her style. Luckily I consulted Katie, who vetoed my initial choice and helped me come up with some ideas that matched my girlfriend’s taste. We picked out something classy and understated with just a dash of flair. When I gave the handbag to my girlfriend, I could tell by the look on her face that she loved it. She exclaimed, ‘This is exactly what I would have picked out!’

Unfortunately, I only had about two hours with Katie when I could have used about ten.  But fortunately, she changed my life with a few simple suggestions.
